Mankind continues to wage war even though the consequences often breed nothing but misery:

Almost as long as there has been life, war has been a part of it:

There is no question that there is evil in the world:

Almost as long as there has been life, war has been a part of it:

My son went to war.....and there is nothing more helpless to a mother:

Almost as long as there has been life, war has been a part of it:

knowing that her son could be dying without her and far away from all that he knows and loves.

Almost as long as there has been life, war has been a part of it:

He tries not to worry, his family at home, the horror that he faces, he faces alone:

Almost as long as there has been life, war has been a part of it:

Peace now is the only answer:
